Description
The Privileged Access Management Team is responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring privileged access across systems, applications, databases, and infrastructure to prevent misuse of access rights and minimize security risks.
Scope of Work:
- Perform installation, configuration, and operational management of all CyberArk components in accordance with security standards.
- Conduct onboarding and management of privileged accounts across systems, databases, network devices, and application/service accounts.
- Configure and manage password rotation, access policies, and PAM platform settings.
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting activities including technical errors, patching, upgrades, and routine health checks.
- Perform root cause analysis on PAM-related incidents.
- Execute CyberArk integration with Active Directory/Entra ID, SIEM/SOC, and ITSM, and support automation through APIs and plugins.
- Develop technical documentation and as-built documents, and conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Support technical audit requirements by providing logs and configurations as audit evidence.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or Privileged Access Management.
- Solid understanding of least privilege concepts, Segregation of Duties (SoD), credential management, and access governance.
- Proficient in PAM platform administration and troubleshooting, as well as integration with AD/LDAP, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with operating system architecture (Windows/Linux), databases, and networking.
- Capable of developing technical documentation and managerial reports.
- Able to work in accordance with established targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
