Description
The Security Governance Team is responsible for establishing, managing, and overseeing the information security governance framework to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and the company’s internal policies.
Scope of Work:
- Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure alignment of security policies with applicable regulations (e.g., OJK regulations, Personal Data Protection Law) and international standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Coordinate the development, testing, and evaluation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Coordinate the periodic execution of Cyber Drill exercises.
- Support the follow-up process on audit findings.
- Prepare governance reports for management.
- Conduct security policy awareness and socialization programs across all business units.
- Drive programs to strengthen the company’s information security culture.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Information Security Governance.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and applicable industry regulations.
- Understanding of risk management and information security audit processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop policy documents and managerial reports.
- Able to work in accordance with established targets and timelines.
- Possess strong communication skills.
