Description
The Data Security Management Team is responsible for managing the security of company data to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability in accordance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and security standards.
Scope of Work:
- Initiate, implement, and manage Data Security platforms.
- Manage and monitor the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platform to prevent data leakage.
- Implement and manage Data Masking and Tokenization for sensitive data protection.
- Manage Hardware Security Module (HSM) including cryptographic key lifecycle management.
- Manage Digital Certificate Lifecycle (SSL/TLS) including the processes of request, renewal, revocation, inventory, and certificate auditing.
- Implement and manage Key Management System (KMS) including cryptographic key rotation and usage policies.
- Ensure the implementation of modern cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA, TLS) in accordance with best practices.
- Conduct 24x7 data security monitoring and analysis of potential data leakage incidents.
- Perform risk assessments and feasibility studies, and provide recommendations for Data Security platform development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cyber Security or Data Protection.
- Solid understanding of information security concepts (CIA Triad, RBAC, Access Control) and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, or CIS Controls.
- Understanding of networking and operating system fundamentals (OSI, Linux/Windows, Load Balancer).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experienced in managing DLP, Data Masking & Tokenization, HSM, SSL/TLS & Digital Certificates, and KMS.
- Familiarity with modern cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA, TLS).
- Proficient in Data Security & Cryptography tools (HSM, DLP tools, Certificate Management, etc.).
