Responsibilities include reviewing healthcare claims and treatments, advising employees, evaluating healthcare providers, supporting medical audits and fraud identification, reviewing MCU results, supporting health promotion and HSSE initiatives, analyzing medical data, and ensuring compliance with medical standards, ethics, regulations, and confidentiality.
