Description
As an Aircraft Data & Record Officer at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible to Collect and receive incoming document records from relevant departments and sources, check them for completeness, and record them accurately into the Records Management System, while understanding the source and baseline of data from the Maintenance Information System to ensure every record is traceable and reliable. This role ensures Perform data and drawing entry into the relevant information systems, Enter data accurately and efficiently from source documents into the organization’s databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems and maintain and update records as needed, ensuring data is well-organized and properly categorized.
Requirements
Diploma degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aviation, Industrial), Aviation Maintenance Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A valid degree/graduation certificate is mandatory Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail, Strong organizational, filing, and document control skills. Ability to work full-time in an office environment and collaborate effectively within a professional team. Willingness to be assigned to PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk headquarters in Cengkareng and/or outstation operations.
