Description
The Identity Platform Management Team is responsible for managing and developing the Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform to ensure that authentication, authorization, and access management processes operate securely, reliably, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Scope of Work:
- Initiate, design, build, and manage identity security platforms and solutions, including but not limited to the following activities:
- Conduct research on potential identity security platforms and solutions that can be implemented
- Develop budget proposal documents for identity security platforms and solutions
- Perform Request for Information (RFI) processes with principal vendors of identity security platforms and solutions
- Execute Proof of Concept (PoC) in collaboration with principal vendors of identity security platforms and solutions
- Prepare Feasibility Study (FS) and Terms of Reference (ToR) documents for the procurement process of identity security platforms and solutions
- Carry out initial implementation and daily operations of identity security platforms and solutions
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for identity security platforms and solutions
- Provide identity security recommendations in meetings based on strong knowledge and understanding of BRI policies and regulations, as well as domestic and global regulatory frameworks
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the implementation, configuration, and management of Identity & Access Management platforms (such as AD, Entra ID, or other IAM solutions), including integration with enterprise applications and systems
- Proficient in technical competencies including IAM platform administration and troubleshooting, SSO/MFA configuration, role and policy management, integration using SAML/OAuth2/OIDC/LDAP, as well as system availability management, patching, and hardening
- Solid understanding of business processes such as user provisioning and deprovisioning, access approval workflows, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and audit and compliance requirements in user access management; capable of working in accordance with established targets
- Possess strong communication skills
