Description
As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving web-based applications and digital solutions that support business operations and drive innovation across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and project teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, user-friendly, and reliable digital solutions. The role covers the full application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, software development, system integration, testing, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will also support ICT project management, application quality assurance, IT security, system performance, service level management, and technology evaluation to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with business requirements, agreed service levels, and organizational standards.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience in developing user-centric digital solutions is preferred. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software engineering principles, and application development methodologies. Good understanding of front-end and back-end development, database management, RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration. Understanding of software development practices, version control systems, code management, and deployment processes. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment focused on digital innovation and continuous improvement.
