Description
BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) is a Management Trainee program tailored to shape the future generation of banking leaders. The program combines a comprehensive banking program, on-the-job training across multiple business units, projects that shape the bank’s direction, side-by-side working with experienced leaders, and offers professional certification. This is a stepping stone to a leadership role in Bank Rakyat Indonesia that champions innovation and customer-focused growth.
Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Achieve a minimum TOEFL score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
- Single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the one-year trainee program.
- Willing to be placed in BRI working offices across Indonesia.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
