Job Overview:

PT Berdikari provides an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in poultry business operations and partnership management. The ideal candidate will support the Partnership (Kemitraan) team in managing partnership administration, monitoring partner performance, maintaining data and documentation, and supporting the implementation of poultry partnership activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating data related to poultry farmers, partners, partnership agreements, and business activities.

• Support the monitoring and administration of poultry partnership activities, including farm performance, production results, and operational records.

• Assist in preparing, compiling, and maintaining reports, documents, and administrative records related to partnership activities.

• Support coordination with field officers, farmers, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership programs.

• Assist in identifying operational issues and supporting follow-up actions related to poultry partnership activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Management, Management, or other related fields.

• Strong interest in poultry business, partnership management, agribusiness, and field operations.

• Good analytical and data processing skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data processing and reporting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and willingness to support field activities.
