Job Description:
Trading Intern PT Berdikari will support our import operations for food raw materials. This internship offers hands-on experience in international trade, market research, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in global trade and the food industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers of food raw materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends in the food import industry.
• Support the trading team in negotiating and managing supplier relationships.
• Assist in processing import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Monitor international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and supplier details.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned by the trading team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Statistic, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Interest in the food industry and international trade is a plus.
• Prior internship or experience in import/export is an advantage.
