Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline. - Must Have 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. - Proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), asset acquisition, and divestment. - Experienced in oil and gas field asset valuation, including reserves assessment, production forecasting, and economic evaluation. - Strong knowledge of asset valuation methodologies, DCF, NPV, CAPEX, and OPEX analysis. - Experienced in international contracting, cross-border transactions, and commercial negotiations. - Familiar with PSC, JOA, Farm-in/Farm-out, and Joint Venture agreements. - Strong capabilities in technical due diligence, risk assessment, and investment analysis. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in English and experienced in working with international partners.
