Job Overview:

PT Berdikari provides an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, risk assessment, and risk monitoring. The ideal candidate will support the Risk Management team in identifying and documenting potential risks, monitoring risk mitigation activities, preparing risk reports, and supporting the implementation of risk management processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and documenting potential risks across business and operational activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of risk registers, risk profiles, and other risk management documentation.
• Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing risk-related data from various business units.
• Support the assessment of risks based on their potential impact and likelihood under the guidance of the Risk Management team.
• Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans and follow up on action plans with relevant business units.
• Assist in preparing periodic risk management reports, dashboards, presentations, and other management materials.
• Support the monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs) and relevant risk trends.
• Conduct research on industry practices, regulatory developments, and risk management frameworks relevant to the company's business activities.
• Assist in maintaining organized risk management documentation and digital records.
• Support risk management awareness activities, workshops, and internal communications.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks related to risk management as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Strong interest in Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Business Processes, and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Basic understanding of risk management concepts, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, risk registers, or risk assessment methodologies is an advantage.
• Previous internship experience, organizational involvement, or coursework related to risk management, governance, audit, or business processes is a plus.
