Position Overview:
Project Management Intern PT Berdikari will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to poultry operations, supply chain, and business development. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency within the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Planning & Coordination

• Support project managers in defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines for poultry-related initiatives.
• Assist in developing project schedules, task assignments, and resource planning.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams involved in poultry production, supply chain, and sales.

✅ Project Execution & Monitoring

• Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in poultry farm operations, feed supply, and distribution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records for analysis and decision-making.

✅ Operational & Supply Chain Support

• Assist in analyzing and optimizing poultry production cycles, feed efficiency, and distribution networks.
• Support initiatives to improve farm productivity, biosecurity, and cost management.
• Gather data on poultry health, production rates, and logistics to support decision-making.

✅ Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Prepare reports and presentations on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business insights.
• Support communication between teams, suppliers, and external partners in the poultry industry.
• Ensure timely updates and coordination between internal departments.

✅ Process Improvement & Research

• Conduct research on industry best practices for poultry farm management and production efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in poultry operations and recommend solutions.
• Assist in implementing new technologies or methodologies to enhance poultry business performance.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Knowledge of poultry farming, livestock economics, or agribusiness is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
