Job Description
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist the learning team in the development, preparation, implementation and evaluations of capacity building programs/events;

Support the creation of learning content and maintenance of a knowledge repository, ensuring that information is organized, up-to-date and easily accessible;

Manage Danareksa Learning Institute (DLI)’s data (employees’ capacity building program records, employees’ training needs, employees’ post training survey data, etc.);

Assist in maintaining and monitoring the activities Learning Management System

Stay abreast of developments in the field of learning, as well as propose innovative ideas to enhance DLI initiatives;

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
Qualifications

Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant field (psychology, business management or any other relevant majors);

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel);

Proficiency in using Canva graphic design platform;
-
Candidates with the capability to write effectively in English are preferred.
