We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy interns to join our Human Capital Digital & Employee Experience unit. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of human resources and digital transformation.

What You’ll Do:
- Support digital initiatives within the Human Capital function
- Assist in data management and dashboard development using Excel or relevant tools
- Contribute to projects that enhance employee experience through digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal Human Capital systems and tech-based solutions
- Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing Human Capital digital projects

What We’re Looking For:
- Active undergraduate students (minimum 4th semester) majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems , or related fields
- Excel-savvy : comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.
- Tech-savvy and passionate about digital tools, automation, or system development
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, digital-oriented environment
