Internship Program – HCBP Bank Mandiri

Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) of Bank Mandiri is opening opportunities for students to join our Internship Program for a duration of 4–6 months. This program is designed for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and gain professional experience in the Human Capital.

Qualifications:

• Active final-year student or fresh graduate (S1/D4) from relevant majors (Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Psychology, Management, or related fields).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent ability to create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
• Proactive, fast learner, and willing to put in extra effort.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Support HCBP in administrative tasks, data processing, and report preparation.
• Create and develop presentation decks for internal and external purposes.
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs in the related division.
• Actively contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Internship Details:

• Location: Jakarta (Full WFO)
• Duration: 3–4 months (immediate start preferred)
• Type: Paid Internship
