Analyze, provide recommendations, and implement fundraising strategies to achieve the Department’s work plans and targets, and develop policy manuals related to the Department’s activities.
Manage the procurement of funding in foreign currencies and Indonesian Rupiah through various instruments in the loan and capital markets, under both conventional and sharia-compliant schemes, from non-state-owned enterprises and non-regional-owned enterprises (Non-SOEs/non-ROEs).
Review Bank Line/Global Line analyses and monitor their maturity dates to minimize the risk of missed maturities for Bank Lines/Global Lines from non-state-owned enterprises and non-regional-owned enterprises (non-SOEs/non-ROEs).
Monitor business activities, the fulfillment of financial obligations (interest and principal payments), and compliance with the terms and conditions (covenants) of business cooperation agreements.
Maintain effective correspondent banking relationships through Relationship Management Application (RMA) arrangements with non-state-owned enterprises and non-regional-owned enterprises (non-SOEs/non-ROEs).
Ensure the achievement of individual performance targets.
Manage the implementation of audit follow-up actions.
Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with applicable good corporate governance principles.
Ensure the completion of audit follow-up actions.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.
Possession of a professional qualification in Risk Management is preferred.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of: (a) LPEI Products and Operations; (b) Financial Analysis; (c) Credit Management; (d) Risk Management; (e) Marketing and Negotiation.
