Job Overview:

Finance Intern at PT Berdikari will support the Finance & Accounting team in managing day-to-day financial operations. This includes assisting with financial reporting, bookkeeping, budget tracking, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial processes within the company. The role is designed to provide real-world experience in corporate finance within the agribusiness and livestock industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.

• Support bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Help with the monthly closing and reconciliation processes.

• Assist in data entry and maintaining financial records in the ERP system.

• Conduct financial research or benchmarking as assigned.

• Support budget monitoring and cost control initiatives.

• Help prepare supporting documentation for audits and compliance reports.

• Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software is a plus.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
