Job Overview:
As an Executive Protok]coler Intern PT Berdikari, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operational and ceremonial activities of the company’s executives. This position provides hands-on experience in protocol management, event coordination, executive assistance, and communication with high-level stakeholders. You will work closely with the Corporate Secretary team, Public Relations, and other departments to ensure smooth, professional, and well-organized executive engagements.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating executive meetings, ceremonies, and formal events.

Support the preparation of executive schedules, briefing materials, and protocol documents.

Ensure proper execution of corporate protocol standards during internal and external engagements.

Accompany and assist executives during visits, meetings, and special events as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to executive activities.

Assist with administrative tasks related to executive protocol and event preparation.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication, International Relations, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Professional appearance, excellent etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required for events.
