Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Intern PT Berdikari will support the digital marketing initiatives for our Poultry Business Division, including the Poultry Slaughterhouse Department. This role will contribute to building brand awareness, educating stakeholders, and promoting our poultry products and operations across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital content creation, marketing strategy, and is eager to gain real-world experience in the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Digital Campaigns

• Assist in developing engaging content (articles, videos, graphics) to promote poultry products, slaughterhouse processes, food safety standards, and industry best practices.

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other social media.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Quality) to gather relevant technical and product information for marketing purposes.

2. Social Media Management

• Help schedule, monitor, and engage with social media audiences for the Poultry Business Division.

• Track and report on social media performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights.

• Support the development of targeted campaigns for different audiences (B2B, distributors, consumers).

3. Digital Asset Management

• Assist in organizing and updating digital content libraries for the Poultry Business and Slaughterhouse operations.

• Contribute to improving visual consistency and messaging across all digital channels.

4. Research & Market Insight

• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices relevant to the poultry and food processing sectors.

• Provide creative suggestions based on insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

✔ Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
✔ Interest in the poultry industry, food safety, and agricultural business.
✔ Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and social media management.
✔ Familiarity with Canva, basic photo/video editing, or design tools is a plus.
✔ Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to collaborate across departments.
✔ Willing to visit production sites (e.g., slaughterhouse or poultry farms) for content gathering, if needed.
