Job Overview:

PT Berdikari provides an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in internal audit, assurance services, internal control, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate will support the Internal Audit Division in conducting assurance and consulting activities through process reviews, data analysis, audit documentation, and the development of recommendations to improve internal controls and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audit, assurance, and consulting activities across various business functions.
• Support the review and evaluation of business processes, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and supporting documents for audit activities.
• Participate in process walkthroughs, interviews, and control testing under the supervision of the Internal Audit team.
• Prepare audit working papers, documentation, reports, presentations, and other engagement materials.
• Assist in identifying findings and areas for process improvement based on audit procedures and analysis.
• Support the preparation of recommendations to improve internal controls, operational efficiency, and business processes.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Conduct research on relevant regulations, industry practices, and internal audit methodologies to support assurance and consulting activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation and digital archives.
• Support special audit reviews, consulting assignments, and other projects conducted by the Internal Audit Division.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Strong interest in Internal Audit, Assurance, Corporate Governance, Internal Control, and Business Process Improvement.
• Basic understanding of accounting, auditing principles, internal controls, and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing data and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with audit procedures, internal control frameworks, or business process analysis is an advantage.
• Previous internship experience, organizational involvement, or coursework related to audit, accounting, governance, or business processes is a plus.
